We are currently advertising our fantastic villa at exceptional value for money, located at Ridgewood Lakes - Florida's premier lake and golf community, 18-hole championship golf course. Most private villas just like this one are situated along the US-27 Davenport, just off Interstate 4 (I-4) and around 15-minutes drive to Disney or 25-minutes to Kissimmee. Florida, Orlando International or Sanford International airport are also less than 90-minutes away by car.

Orlando is fun for kids all ages. Fun entertainment is offered on a gargantuan scale unrivalled by anywhere else, making Florida the most visited destination by the UK. Just look at the list of parks to visit for starters! Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, Disney MGM and Animal Kingdom; There's also Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet 'n' Wild, Sea World, Blizzard Beach, Fantasy Island, Medieval Times, Arabian Knights, Gator Land and many more; The hardest choice is deciding!

On offer is a fine selection of privately owned, apartments, townhouses and villas to meet your every requirement. Choose from 1-bed, 2-bed or 3-bed properties in locations such as Peyia (Pegia), Paphos (Pafos), Kato Paphos, Chloraka, Tala, Coral Bay or Mesogia.

Most properties are 5-years old or less, typically have fully integrated kitchens and appliances and can be described as either comfortable, luxury or executive. We only charge for the accommodation so no under occupancy surcharges apply, air-conditioning is usually free and fitted as standard. You can also choose properties with a private pool, shared pool, no pool or Jacuzzi. If needed, we can help find flights, car hire or even organise a taxi to collect you when you arrive. All properties are presented to a good standard of cleanliness, with hygienic kitchens and bathrooms and provided with freshly laundered bed linen and towels.

Paphos is appealing to both the young and old, which is understandable because the weather is fantastic, scenery stunning and Cypriots truly welcoming. There are some glorious sun-soaked beaches and an excellent nightlife. Like UK based drivers, Cypriots even drive on the left and most speak English.
